Credentials¶
This page tells what MEGOGO gives you before the integration, and what you give to MEGOGO.
What MEGOGO gives you¶
| Item | Example | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Partner ID | {partner_id} |
Your ID in the MEGOGO billing. It is a part of each URL |
| Service IDs | {service_id} |
One ID for each subscription that you sell. MEGOGO configures the period and the renewal mode of each ID |
| Test partner ID | {test_partner_id} |
A partner ID for tests, with test service IDs |
Your MEGOGO manager gives you these values. The test partner ID works on the production servers of MEGOGO: the test subscriptions are real subscriptions of the test partner.
WARNING
Keep your partner ID secret. Do not put it in the code of a web page or of a mobile application. Send all requests from your servers.
What you give MEGOGO¶
| Item | Why |
|---|---|
| The public IPv4 addresses of your servers | MEGOGO accepts subscription/{operation}, user/subscriptions and user/changeCredentials only from these addresses |
| The country and the subscriptions that you sell | MEGOGO configures your service IDs |
| A technical contact | MEGOGO tells you about changes and problems |
Send the IP addresses to your MEGOGO manager at the start. To change the list later, send an e-mail to supportpartners@megogo.net with your partner ID. A change can take some minutes.
Security of the requests¶
The requests have no signature. MEGOGO identifies you by the partner ID in
the URL and by the IP address of your server. Send all requests from the
addresses of your list. subscription/{operation}, user/subscriptions
and user/changeCredentials from other addresses get HTTP 401.
Limits¶
Each partner ID can send 1000 requests per minute. See Operations.
Next step¶
